All deposits, custom orders, hair purchases, and completed services are final unless otherwise required by law.

By authorizing payment, the client confirms that all charges are valid and agrees to contact LXE Salons before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. LXE Salons reserves the right to provide signed agreements, consultation forms, photographs, videos, appointment records, invoices, receipts, emails, text messages, and other documentation to financial institutions to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks.

The client remains financially responsible for all services rendered and products received.
